Affordable & Income-Restricted Apartments
North Hollow is within reach! We are proud to offer affordable and income-restricted apartments through Portland's MULTE (Multiple-Unit Limited Tax Exemption) affordable housing program. Through this program, select apartments are offered at reduced rental rates for households that meet income qualifications established by the Portland Housing Bureau. All of our apartments come with the same high-end finishes like quartz counters and plank flooring, and access to luxurious amenities like our rooftop deck and fully-equipped fitness center.

The following are a few of the steps employed to determine your eligibility. This is not a complete list of the requirements.
- Your qualification is based on the entire household's income including wages, social security, pensions or disability income, unemployment compensation, alimony or child support income, and income from assets.
- Qualification is determined at the time of your initial application.
- Your income can exceed the income limits after occupancy with no impact on your rent.
- Income is defined as the gross amount of income anticipated to be received by all members of the household, with some exceptions, during a 12-month period following the lease start date.
