The following are a few of the steps employed to determine your eligibility. This is not a complete list of the requirements.
- Your qualification is based on the entire household's income including wages, social security, pensions or disability income, unemployment compensation, alimony or child support income, and income from assets.
- Qualification is determined at the time of your initial application.
- Your income can exceed the income limits after occupancy with no impact on your rent.
- Income is defined as the gross amount of income anticipated to be received by all members of the household, with some exceptions, during a 12-month period following the lease start date.
